GREENWICH, N.Y. — The North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) is once again tracking Santa as he makes his way around the world, delivering toys to good girls and boys. Formerly known as the Continental Air Defense Command (CONAD), NORAD has been tracking Santa for 69 years. On a typical day during the year, the organization defends the U.S. and Canada through aerospace warning, aerospace control, and maritime warning. But when Christmas rolls around, NORAD keeps tab on Saint Nicholas as he makes his deliveries.
More activities and information about Santa and his whereabouts can be found at the NORAD site, here.
Keep watch for Santa using the tracker, below! Merry Christmas!
