ST. PAUL, Minn. — The University of Minnesota Grape Breeding and Enology Program is hosting an annual field day on cold climate grapes. The event will be held on Saturday, September 14, from 10 a.m. to 12 noon at the UMN Horticultural Research Center in Chaska, Minn.
All are welcome to learn about the latest research by students and faculty, and to discuss grape growing and winemaking with industry experts. A highlight of the day will be the opportunity to see — and taste — over 50 varieties of wine and table grapes grown at the research center.
