MARLBOROUGH, Mass. — Eleven Massachusetts Farm Bureau Federation (MFBF) members are headed to Phoenix this week to participate in American Farm Bureau’s Annual Convention and IDEAg Trade Show. These members will have the opportunity to conduct business on the trade show floor, expand their knowledge at educational workshops, vote on up-and-coming businesses trying to achieve the American dream and network with their peers.
“We are proud to have such a strong group of leaders representing the Commonwealth at this year’s annual meeting,” said MFBF President Ed Davidian, who farms in Northborough. “Many of those going are leaders among our organization, who will gain insights into how to keep our organization motivated and relevant, which they will bring back to their local county boards.”
The convention is Farm Bureau members once-a-year opportunity to gather and learn about advancements in agriculture and discuss ways to promote the future of agriculture. Also, this meeting will give American Farm Bureau the change to recognize leaders in agriculture through their awards program.
