Toby Trowbridge, III is a graduate of Louisiana State University and has more than two decades of land brokerage and management experience, including investment-grade timberland and agricultural properties. He is a licensed broker in Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Virginia. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) through the CCIM Institute.
