LONDON, Ohio — The annual Manure Science Review will be held on Tuesday, Aug. 6 from 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. at the Farm Science Review Molly Caren Agricultural Center 135 SR 38 NE, London, OH.
Morning educational topics will include manure placement and subsurface drainage, 360-RAIN liquid manure application, and best manure application practices. Attendees will also hear about updates on the H2Ohio program.
Afternoon field demonstrations will include manure spill mitigation, 360 RAIN base station and application, solid manure spreader calibration, and an autonomous tractor demonstration.
Continuing education credits will be available for Certified Crop Advisors and Certified Livestock Managers, OH Fertilizer Recertification, and IN State Chemist CAT 14. Registration costs are $25 per person until July 19 and $30 per person after that date.
