The Outstanding Chapter President Award recognizes the top Collegiate Farm Bureau Chapter President for their leadership in their chapter and the efforts that they made throughout the year to encourage growth based on the number of members, member engagement and diversity of membership.
Tapley’s nomination outlined her commitment to the chapter stating, “Kaitlin cares deeply for the details of each chapter meeting as well as how members feel about the meeting whether it be through bringing in industrial speakers based on membership opinion, industrial tours or activities that encourage member involvement.”
