STATESVILLE, N.C. — When you walk through the woods, it’s easy to see the forest for the trees when you don’t know which trees are which. Join me at Kerr Scott Dam Reservoir for an afternoon workshop as I help you put a name to the face of those trees you so often see as you stroll through the woods.
The event is free. We will meet at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, February 1st. Click here to sign up for the workshop.
Dress warmly and wear sturdy shoes as we will spend a couple of hours on the nature trail beside the Dam’s visitor center.
If you have any questions, please call Nathan Gatlin at (336) 651-7330 or send me an email at [email protected].
